Garansi Decking Komposit

Please note that installation of Senrui WPC® Composite Deck products denotes acceptance and agreement of Senrui WPC® warranty terms & conditions.

1. Setiap klaim harus dibuat secara tertulis dalam waktu 30 hari setelah terdeteksi.

2. Senrui WPC® warrants to the original purchaser that Senrui WPC® Composite Decking conforms to Senrui WPC® standards and specifications and is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will remain free from such defects for [15] years residential use from date of purchase and ten [10] years commercial use.

3. Senrui WPC® warrants to original purchaser of any & all Senrui WPC® Composite Decking products that structural damage caused by rot, splitting, termites, and fungal decay will not occur for [15] years, beginning on the date that the product was purchased and continuing until this period has elapsed, or until the property on which the Senrui WPC® Composite Decking product was originally installed has transferred ownership.

4. Garansi hanya berlaku bila material digunakan dalam kondisi lalu lintas pejalan kaki perumahan/komersial ringan yang normal.

5. Penghiasan harus dipasang berdasarkan petunjuk pemasangan tertulis Senrui WPC® atau petunjuk pemasangan video Senrui WPC®, keduanya tersedia pada tab Sumber Daya di Senrui WPC.com.

6. Regular maintenance, as described inSenrui WPC® Decking Maintenance & Repair Guidelines  must be . Damage caused by unapproved cleaners or chemicals is not covered under this warranty.

7 . Senrui WPC®, as with other composite decks, is subject to seasonal expansion and contraction. This is a normal occurrence and not considered a defect.

8. Kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh furnitur, peralatan, barang beroda, atau obat-obatan di seluruh permukaan bahan tidak tercakup dalam garansi ini.

9. Kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh kebakaran, banjir, bencana alam lainnya, bencana alam, pengiriman, konstruksi, atau kerusakan terkait pemasangan tidak tercakup dalam garansi ini.

10. Kelalaian, erosi, drainase yang tidak tepat, penurunan, atau pergerakan struktur tempat pemasangan dek akan membatalkan garansi ini.

11. Kualitas produk, cacat material, atau kesalahan yang tidak melebihi 5% material tidak tercakup dalam garansi ini.

12. Senrui WPC® will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or credit the full purchase price of the defective material. Labor is not included or covered under this warranty.

13. In no event will Senrui WPC®’s liability exceed the cost of replacement of the defective product or the refund of the original purchase price.

14. Garansi ini dapat dialihkan satu kali, dalam waktu lima [5] tahun sejak tanggal pembelian awal. Pendaftaran garansi diperlukan dalam waktu tiga puluh [30] hari setelah pembelian materi.

Kegagalan mendaftar dalam jangka waktu ini akan membatalkan garansi ini.
